We ship Nationwide in Nigeria and ship to Ghana and South Africa too.
The timelines quoted are business days – Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends. DELIVERY METHOD Door Delivery: Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you. Delivery will be attempted 2 times over 5 business days (7.00 am to 7.30pm ) after which the item will be cancelled. Please allow 5 business days from shipping date to elapse before contacting us about your order. Business days do not include weekends and public holidays.

Refunds
Due to delicate nature of our products and to prevent tampering and the fact that they are sourced directly from the manufacturers, we do not offer refunds.
Sale items
We do not offer refunds on sale items.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and establish to be our fault.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
